One week from today, on Monday, October 31, 2016 the students will be celebrating Halloween. Students are invited to wear their costumes to school and will participate in a Walk Around the Block at 1pm. It is a great way to show some fall excitement to community neighbours, parents are invited to watch the parade anywhere along the route. Please note that if it is too rainy the parade will be indoors and unfortunately there will not be room for parents to participate. We’ll hope for good weather.
Following this fun tradition at Kimberley are individual class parties. Please look for notes from your child’s teacher regarding details of the individual parties; for example if they need snacks and if so what kind of allergies to be careful of.
(Please make sure if your child’s costume includes a weapon that the weapon be left at home.)
