This FREE Healthy Families Night presents families with simple solutions regarding health and wellness. Experts in healthy habits and parenting will host discussions and provide resources for parents of elementary aged children.

Menu: Pasta with meat/tomato sauce OR pasta with vegetarian tomato sauce with roll, salad & veggie sticks (GF option available)
Dinner is $5 per adult OR child. Skip the line pre-pay for your food in advance on School Cash Online by Monday, January 20th. If you do not wish to pay online you may bring cash to the school office.
Free refreshments will be available throughout the event, including delicious coffee from Might & Main, as well as veggies & fruit prepared by the Snack Team. No drinks will be available for purchase, please bring your own water bottles!
PARENT WORKSHOPS
New this year, we will have three presenters for you to choose from, each presenter will speak for 30 minutes and repeat their presentation. Heidi, from Me-Time massage, will be in the lobby before and between workshops if you have questions about massage therapy for kids.

KIDS IN THE GYM WITH CENTRE 55 (6:30 – 7:45 PM)
While the parents are busy learning, the kids will be having fun and keeping busy in the gym with volunteers from Centre 55 with crafts, activities, board games and circle games!
Babysitting: Free babysitting is offered for non-school aged children who are 18 months and older. We ask that you register online through School Cash Online.
