Monday, January 25th 7:30 – 9:00 PM

This FREE Healthy Families Night presents families with simple solutions regarding health and wellness. Experts in healthy habits and parenting will host discussions and provide resources for parents of elementary-aged children.

This year’s interactive video conference hosted on January 25th between 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm will focus will be on mental health for children, with discussions led by Dr. Kristin Cleverley (CAMH Chair in Mental Health Nursing Research and Assistant Professor, Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto) and Dr. Robyn Stremler (Adjunct Scientist at The Hospital for Sick Children and Associate Professor, Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto).

Participants are asked to please register via this form. The registration form also has a section for parents and caregivers to ask questions in advance that they would like our speakers to address.

A Zoom Meeting invite to the online event will be emailed to registrants as the event date approaches.

Healthy Families Night remains free of cost to participants, however we are requesting that attendees consider a $10 or pay-what-you-can donation to the TDSB’s Central Equity Fund, which supports schools that are unable to generate significant donations by minimizing the fundraising gap across the system.
